You may have seen the recent publicity around the Scotland Loves Local Gift Card, and the Council’s intention to distribute a total of £9.3m of cards worth £110 each to over 84,500 households in the city in May 2022.
These cards can only be redeemed in registered retail, hospitality and leisure premises within the city boundary, providing an opportunity for Glasgow businesses to benefit from a much-needed cash injection.
The initiative aims to encourage those who live in the city to think local first and support businesses on their local high streets, and we are keen to ensure that your business is in a position to maximise this opportunity.
